Ashragat for Hajj and Omrah Project

Ashragat for Hajj and Omrah -Jeddah 2024

Ashraqat For Hajj and Omrah- International Hajj event- Jeddah, 2024. Award Winning Stand- We had the honor and pleasure to participate in this one of a kind event for the second year in a row, the Exhibition Stand this time was 350 square meters for one of the top and major Companies trusted by the government. for 5 days, the Stand was buzzing with business and government visitors.

Basamh -Jeddah 2023

Basamh Group Annual Business Meetings and workshops- Jeddah, Nov, 2023. a 5 day event that we produced and managed for the second year in a roll. The project focused on one segment or subsidy of the Holding Group each day. PV squad worked through the nights to prepare the place for the next event.

Electromin Project

Electromin EV Auto show -Riyadh 2023

Electric Vehicles Show- Riyadh, 2023. under the general Umbrella of Electromin-KSA, Thid project was the first of its kind and grabbed the attention of regional and global audience. PV had the pleasure of Creating Concepts, Designing, Fabricating, Producing and Managing 8 different exhibition stands and the adjacent Service Area at Riyadh Expo.

Rally Dakar Activations

As part of the MOS objectives to raise awareness among the various international motorsports brought to the Kingdom, we have organized a massive activation for Rally Dakar in Malls across different cities. Many engagement ideas, prizes, activities, car simulators tournament were part of this holistic activation for two weeks.

F1 Activation

Conceptualized, organized and managed tournament for cars simulators. An activation that took place for 10 days in Jeddah Red Sea Mall. Engaging activities, valuable prizes and many others were part of this one-of-a-kind activity.

Implementation of platforms and point of sales of Formula 1 Aston Martin Merchandise and their sale during the Formula 1 season.

SALAM Participation in LEAP 2023

We were responsible to conceptualize, develop, produce and implement the entire customer experience in a 100sqm double decks booth including the tunnel and the leap to the future. A very unique experience that SALAM stand visitors enjoyed and highly engaged for four days in LEAP 2023 at the Riyadh Front exhibition center.

Comic Con Arabia 2022

The project was implemented in Jeddah Al-Harithy Exhibition, we were responsible for the implementation of the project, starting from conceptualizing and designs, implementation and manufacturing, and the installation across an area of approximately 300 square meters and all its details, managing operations during the event, for a large number, approximately 9000 people over 3 days.

Tourism Education Initiative

We were responsible to plan, coordinate and produce the celebratory event marking this milestone and watching it in full effect. From conceptualization to the full visitor journey, including the exhibition, digital experiences, producing the event, organizing the MOU’s signing and all speeches. This event was held in Riyadh in the presence of Ministers and HE’s in addition to large number of VVIP’s from the tourism and education industry.

Launch of Lexus UX

We were responsible to conceptualize, organize and produce this unique event in the Lexus Flagship showroom in Riyadh city. The Lexus UX Launch mainly targeted Female customers. We created a unique experience and one of a kind event that featured an everything Japanese theme. The event was the talk of the town and Automotive culture in the region

Jaguar Land Rover

JLR Tour in KSA

Organized this project from start to finish across different cities during which JLR brought all their customers to a unique drive and customer experience on the tracks. For three days in each city, we were able to capture passion and enthusiasm of JLR lovers in the Kingdom while experiencing the cars and the side engagement activities for all family age groups.

Salam National Day Celebration

The project was implemented across three cities in KSA, Riyadh, Khobar, Jeddah, includes the main Flagship store of Salam in Riyadh, Jeddah waterfront, and the most important malls in the cities. We were responsible for the ideas, planning and implementation of the project and all designs, installation and fabrication. Within 3 days, the number of visitors was approximately 9000 people in different touchpoints.

King Abdullah University for Science and technology

KAUST TAQADAM

We were responsible for creating and managing the exhibition for TAQADAM initiative that brings together startups and future entrepreneurs. We carried out a complete event with an accompanying exhibition and workshops.

KAUST National Day Celebration

The project was implemented inside the campus of KAUST with the collaboration of Community live department to celebrate the 92nd National Day. The number of attendees reached around 1500 pax.

Saudi Motors Company Launching Ceremony at AlJawhara Stadium

It was implemented in Al-Jawhara Stadium in the VIP area, the number of attendees was around 200 VIP’s. We have coordinated and implemented this event from start to finish during which the client celebrated the launch of the new company SAUDI MOTOR SPORTS and its whole new identity.

Introducing the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Formula 1 Award to local and international media

An Event was implemented in Jeddah Hilton , full event production starting from the construction of a huge stage and seminar like seating set up, accompanying exhibition and workshops with the attendance of more than 300 people.

An event for Saudi Airlines Top CEO’s VP’s and Executives in King Abdullah Economic City

Our role was to organize a full schedule for nearly 200 VP’s and executives for four days, which included: reception, arranging gifts and collaterals, organizing workshops over four days and different social gatherings and events during dinner each night. It involves all the details starting from concepts, ideas, workshops, dinner ceremonies, photography and gifts were provided to the employees. In addition to printing, manufacturing and implementing all collaterals and event production.
